Skybod Care Pass is designed to facilitate onboarding for carers registering with Skybod Healthcare Ltd and is intended for lawful purposes only.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App, systems, or networks.
• Distribute viruses or other harmful code.
• Misrepresent yourself or provide false information.

To use certain features of the app, you may need to register an account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register.

Skybod Healthcare Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the app, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in that policy.

All content, design, logos, and materials in the app are owned by or licensed to Skybod Healthcare Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Any information, documents, or materials you submit through the app, including profile details, identification documents, or videos, must be accurate and lawful.

By submitting such information, you grant Skybod Healthcare Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of onboarding and matching carers to customers.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available".

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app.

Skybod Healthcare Ltd is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or data loss resulting from your use of the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skybod Healthcare Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for operational reasons.

Upon termination, your right to access the app ceases immediately.

We may update these terms from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be revised. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
