Skybod CarePass is designed for two main user groups: Self-employed carers who want to get verified and apply for care jobs, and Care providers (agencies, hospitals, care homes) who need to hire compliant carers quickly and safely.
Carers can upload essential compliance documents including DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks, Right to Work verification, training certificates, professional insurance, identification documents, and professional references.
We use a traffic light system: Green (fully compliant - can apply for jobs), Amber (pending verification), and Red (rejected/non-compliant). Our admin team verifies all documents and updates your status accordingly.
Yes, providers with an active subscription can view and download documents of carers they are interested in hiring. All documents are securely stored and encrypted.
Yes, carers must have a Green compliance status (all documents verified) before they can apply for jobs. This ensures providers only receive applications from fully compliant carers.
